What else can snacktime be? An edible art studio with Sabra invited guests during NY Design week to get creative with their ingredients as unofficial works of art.
In celebration of National Hummus Day, this “eatstallation,” presented various ingredients—including hummus, pita, veggies, and condiments—in an artistic presentation on tables in a pop-up kitchen. Participants were encouraged to use their hands to create abstract “paintings” with the ingredients and eat throughout the process while their creativity was simulcast above for passerbys to see.
The experience and design event, which took place at ArtBeam Gallery, was part of New York’s citywide NYCxDesign, an annual celebration of global design
